Menopause, Premature
Education and support for navigating complex reproductive health journeys
Experiences such as infertility, premature ovarian insufficiency and menopause can be confusing, isolating and often poorly explained.
Many people find themselves trying to navigate medical information, symptoms and treatment options while also managing work, relationships and everyday life. Reliable information can be difficult to find, and conversations with healthcare professionals are often short or highly technical.
We offer educational support and coaching for individuals who want help understanding these experiences and feeling more confident as they navigate them.
This support is intended to complement, not replace, medical care.

Clear thinking done properly
This work sits somewhere between education, advocacy and practical guidance.
Our aim is not to replace clinical care or provide medical advice. Instead, we help people better understand the information they are being given, prepare for conversations with healthcare professionals and feel more confident asking questions about their care.
Many people simply want space to talk through what they are experiencing, sense check information they have been given, or better understand what their options might be.
Areas we can help with
Support may include conversations around:
Support can include
- Understanding menopause and menopause symptoms
- Navigating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI)
- Making sense of infertility diagnoses or treatment pathways
- Preparing for appointments with healthcare professionals
- Interpreting medical information and research
- Thinking about longer term health considerations after menopause or POI
The focus is always on helping people feel informed, supported and able to advocate for themselves.
Kate’s perspective
Alongside my professional background in medical communications, I bring lived experience of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, infertility, and early menopause.
This experience has shaped how I understand these conditions and how information about them is communicated. It has also shown me how often people are left feeling unsupported or unsure where to turn for clear explanations.
My role is not to provide clinical answers but to help people navigate information, ask better questions and feel less alone in the process.
How support works
Support usually takes place through one to one conversations.
Some people book a single session to talk through a specific question or concern. Others prefer a small number of conversations over time as they process new information or move through treatment or life changes.
These conversations are confidential, practical and shaped by the individual.
