Menopause education and support for workplaces

Menopause is a natural stage of life that affects a large proportion of the workforce, yet many organisations still feel unsure how to approach it.

We work with employers and organisations who want to better understand menopause, support their teams and create workplaces where people can continue to thrive during this stage of life.

Our work combines evidence-based education with practical discussion, helping organisations move beyond awkward conversations and towards informed, confident support.

How we can support your organisation

We provide education, training and advisory support for organisations that want to approach menopause thoughtfully and responsibly.  This may include:

Educational sessions and workshops
  • Menopause awareness sessions for teams
  • Educational talks for staff groups or leadership teams
  • Question and answer sessions to support open discussion
Training for managers and leaders
  • Understanding menopause in the workplace
  • How to support colleagues experiencing symptoms
  • Practical approaches to sensitive conversations
Advisory support
  • Guidance on menopause policies and workplace support
  • Advice on internal communication approaches
  • Supporting organisations that are beginning their menopause support journey

Sessions can be adapted depending on the audience and the level of detail required.

Example session formats

Organisations often start with one of the following formats:

Menopause awareness session (60 minutes)

An introductory session designed to build understanding of menopause, common symptoms and how it may affect people at work. Suitable for mixed audiences and general staff groups.

Manager and leadership training (90 minutes)

A practical session for managers and team leaders focusing on how menopause can affect employees, how to approach conversations with confidence and how to provide appropriate support.

Workplace menopause workshop (half day)

A more in depth session combining education, discussion and practical guidance. This format works well for leadership teams, HR groups or organisations developing menopause support initiatives.

Sessions can be delivered in person or online and can be adapted to suit the needs of the organisation.

A balanced and evidence based approach

Our work is grounded in evidence-based medicine and clear communication.

Alongside her professional background in medical communications, Kate brings lived experience of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, infertility, and early menopause. This allows her to speak about menopause with both scientific understanding and personal insight.

The aim is not to provide medical advice or replace clinical care. Instead, the goal is to help people understand menopause better, reduce stigma and make conversations easier and more informed.

What organisations
often gain

Clear thinking done properly

Organisations that introduce menopause education frequently see:

  • Increased understanding and empathy across teams
  • Greater confidence among managers supporting staff
  • More open and constructive conversations about health at work
  • Improved awareness of how menopause can affect colleagues
  • A stronger culture of support and inclusion
